Coffee and orange granita, if you haven’t come across it before, is a delightful iced dessert that is in good company with your favourite meals.
- 17 fl oz brewed coffee 500ml
- 2 fl oz maple syrup 60ml
- 1 orange, juice and zest
Stir all ingredients together.
Pour into a shallow dish and leave to set in the freezer for 3 hours.
For a smoother-textured granita, take the mixture out of the freezer before completely set and break apart with a spatula. Freeze for another 3 hours.
